GT Sports hosted a grand opening to unveil the brand-new facilities of its Performance Center. Guests had the chance to explore unique vehicles, a state-of-the-art workshop, and enjoy an evening in a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. From the very beginning, it was clear that the key to success would lie in managing complex guest communications. GT Sports was therefore looking for a solution that would allow them to create and manage everything quickly and independently—without the need for an agency or complex onboarding.

Preparation

This was a special night for GT Sports, where every detail mattered. The event took place just outside Prague, with several dedicated parking locations. Each parking area had a limited number of spots available, and the Attendu registration form automatically monitored capacity to prevent overbooking and ensure a smooth experience.

How GT Sports communicated with guests:

1. Personalized invitations with the ability to RSVP, add a guest, and reserve a parking space

2. Branded registration pages with practical event details and tips

3. Automatic delivery of QR tickets to confirmed guests

4. A reminder email with all key details sent the day before the event

Event Execution

Upon arrival, guests were greeted by hostesses using the Attendu check-in app. Most attendees arrived with a QR code, which was scanned in seconds. Those without a QR ticket were quickly found in the smart guest list by name.

"The check-in process had to be quick and seamless. We didn’t want guests waiting in lines or searching for their names on printed lists,” said Karel Neffe, event organizer at GT Sports.

Post-Event

A few days after the event, the client sent out a thank-you email including links to two professional photo galleries and a short feedback form. This elegant follow-up helped close the event on a polished and thoughtful note.
