Overview
Balmain used Attendu to manage guest communication and RSVP coordination during Paris Fashion Week in Paris. Across four days and six connected events, the maison delivered a personalised programme for VIP clients, partners, and selected guests.
Guests confirmed attendance and tailored their own itineraries through dedicated registration flows — from the runway show and private dinners to showroom appointments and curated brand experiences. With limited capacity across several activities, key appointments were managed through selectable time slots, while the Attendu dashboard provided the team with a real time overview of the entire programme.

Preparation
All invited guests were pre confirmed and received a personalised email inviting them to build their own Fashion Week programme.
Within a single tailored flow, guests could:
Select which events to attend
Choose showroom appointment slots
Share accommodation details and dietary preferences
Select from additional curated experiences
Different guest groups received access to different parts of the programme based on their invitation profile.
Execution
Attendu was used to manage invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, event updates, and personalised communication throughout the entire programme.
The Balmain team monitored confirmations, slot availability, and attendance in real time through the Attendu dashboard and analytics tools, helping coordinate six parallel events across four days from one central place.
