Teleflex - Zámecká and Hradecká Srdcovka 2026

Zámecká and Hradecká Srdcovka were the high point of Teleflex's anniversary year in the Czech Republic — 20 years in Žďár nad Sázavou and 30 years in Hradec Králové. Two events, the largest the company runs, with one goal: get as many employees registered as possible, check them in smoothly on the day, and know in advance how many were actually coming.

Preparation
Teleflex is a manufacturing company, and that shaped everything. A large share of employees work outside administrative roles and have no company email, so the usual internal-communication channels reach only part of the workforce. Whatever was used had to bring registrations, information, and entry tickets together in one place — for everyone, not just the people at desks.
The invitation itself was a personalised video campaign rather than an email — including for groups like retired employees, who could be given access separately. Registration had to pick up where that campaign left off.
Attendu covered the whole chain:
- A dedicated event website
- Registration form
- QR code distribution
- Notifications to attendees
- On-site check-in
- Follow-up questions — interest in transport home and preferred routes

Execution
Guests entered with a QR code on their phone and were checked in digitally, so nobody had to work through printed lists. The team could see at any moment who had registered and who had actually arrived, and track attendance against internal KPIs while the event was still running.
For management, the value came afterwards: a report that separates the target group, the registrations, and the people who actually showed up — three numbers that used to be estimates.
