Before the event: invitations without Outlook and Bcc
When you run dozens of events a year, every hour saved counts, and it all starts with the invitations. Someone has to prepare the artwork, send a Save the Date or the invitations straight away, track the replies and chase everyone who has not answered yet. After the event: a thank-you and the attendance numbers
Once the event is over, guests get a thank-you, and the reporting gives Metrostav an exact picture of the registrations and of who actually turned up.
