The most important fashion event in the Czech Republic used Attendu for the third time. The four-day program was once again closely followed by the media, and guests could register for multiple shows and parties across various locations. The organization was truly a challenge, with no room for error. Attendu was used for invitations, guest segmentation, registration, and check-in.

Preparation

The biggest challenge was the precise segmentation of guests, who could choose from 16 different events over the course of four days. The client needed a clear overview of who had access to which parts of the program, while also respecting strict capacity limits.

• Everything started with a well-prepared database, which the organizers easily sorted into predefined groups using our platform.

• Each group received a unique registration form, tailored to their specific invitation. In practice, this meant that guests were offered a different set of shows depending on their group. All of this was easily configured in Attendu.

• All communication was handled through Attendu – from the initial invitations to tickets and event reminders.

Event Execution

Organizing such a large-scale event is no small feat. Attendu’s check-in system was used across all individual events – fashion shows, afterparties, and more. Hostesses equipped with iPads and the Attendu app ensured a smooth check-in process. Tickets with QR codes allowed for lightning-fast entry, so fashion lovers could fully enjoy the inspiring moments without delays.

Thanks to the earlier guest segmentation, it was also possible to manage access to specific event zones. The system ensured that only guests with the correct ticket type could enter designated areas – with no need for manual checks.
