IKEA Regional KickOff Meeting
In cooperation with the New Wave agency, Attendu was part of the 3-day IKEA Regional Kick-Off Meeting held at the Rosmarina sports center. The event was attended by IKEA employees from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
Brief
The goal was to create a dynamic registration microsite that would display different information based on the guest’s predefined group. Guests had access to the microsite throughout the event to stay updated on the program, accommodation, and more. The solution also included personalized email campaigns tailored to each guest segment.
Solution
Based on the provided visuals, we created a custom microsite and email templates that could be sent via mass mailing. The Attendu system automatically adapted the content and layout of each email based on the predefined guest groups.
Standard check-in was handled via the Attendu mobile app during the event. Additionally, we developed a custom mobile app for the client to support a team-building activity that took place during one of the event days.
